What is a plant-based diet ?

 

A plant-based diet is food as grown which includes fruits, vegetables, tubers, 100% whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

It excludes meats (including chicken and fish), no dairy products (eggs, animal milk, cheese), highly refined, processed foods (bleached flour, refined sugars) and oils.

How much water do I drink?

 

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Include 1/2 lemon or lime with glass of water during the first hour upon awakening.

How Often do I eat?

 

2 Meals daily, 5 hours apart, except for children, pregnant women, construction workers, athletes, persons who are underweight or who have physical barriers.

Do I have to be a part of a care group to participate?

 

No, but it is advisable to take advantage of team support to gain the greatest benefit and optimal success!

How often should I exercise?

 

Exercise within the first hour upon awakening and 60 seconds every hour, stretching, walking, lifting, and core building. Incorporate weight lifting exercises to strengthen the abdominal region.
